Be a part of WWU Give Day 2022!
Consider supporting MANY causes during WWU Give Day, May 18th (pre-give day) and May 26th!
Funding received through Give Day provided the opportunity to successfully launch the WWU Career Closet, which continues to provide free professional attire for students and alumni! We’re now embarking on a new cause – to raise funds to provide scholarships, with a preference for first-generation students, to take MGMT 315 -Career Preparation. This one-credit course is offered quarterly, but participants must pay a separate tuition fee (which is currently $280 per credit) and taught in rotation by the Career Counselors. Through practical and hands-on experiences, students are prepared for the job search process and learn skills necessary to reach their career goals and succeed in their endeavors.
A few quotes from previous course participants:
"Taking the Career Preparation course helped a lot, and thoroughly prepared me... I've been recommending this class to anyone who's willing to listen because I believe it's such a valuable course to take!"
"I'm so close to my dream job, I can feel it, and it's in huge part due to participating in MGMT 315!"
Thank you for your interest in learning how your financial contributions will help facilitate the implementation and expansion of resources available to current students and Western Graduates!
