The Education Leadership Program seeks to prepare the next generation of leaders in education, from principals to superintendents by:
- Developing leaders prepared to meet the needs of inclusive and equitable school systems
- Preparing administrators with the skills necessary to support students, teachers, and families in reaching their full potential
- Creating a generation of school leaders committed to working in partnership with communities and families
