Computer Science

Computer Science is exciting, socially impactful, and provides many challenging, rewarding, and lucrative career paths for graduates to pursue. Our faculty specialize in areas such as Game Programming, Mobile Application Development, Machine Learning, Technology for Social Good, Robotics, and Cybersecurity. We are committed to promoting a welcoming and supportive environment where students from all backgrounds can be inspired and successful. We strive to provide a hands-on learning experience, with ample opportunities for group project work and student collaborations.

Seniors Wyatt Ayers, Steven Grubb, and Mila Brooks, along with Instructors Piper Wolters and Blake Pedrini traveled to Alaska to complete their sr. capstone project for which they developed software for the Sitka Science Discovery Center

Our two newest degree programs BS Data Science and BA in Education in Computer Science are allowing us to serve more students than ever. This growth is in direct response to the interest and demand from students and the tech industry. To accommodate this growth, we are excited about Kaiser Borsari Hall, which opened this year and houses new lecture rooms, a robotics lab, along with student project and study spaces. It is fast becoming a place of innovation, collaboration, and connections.

Opportunities such as attending conferences, coding and cybersecurity competitions, scholarship awards, and club events are some of the many ways we make use of donations to directly support our Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and BAE CS students. Please help us to continue to offer these amazing opportunities through a donation to one of our various funding choices.

2025 Fund Choices
