The department of Urban and Environmental Planning and Policy (UEPP) specializes in quality education, applied research, and community engagement that connect knowledge and action to address two of today’s major imperatives:

Urban and Environmental Planning and Policy programs prepare students to become leaders in their fields. The Department is home to four specialized and professional programs that, collectively, reflect a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary approach to planning and policy for communities, cities, and environments:
Natural Resource Management (extension)
Our programs are designed to link knowledge and action. UEPP programs provide students with professional skills to tackle local, regional, and global challenges and fulfilling and long-lasting careers. Your donation will support student attendance to conferences where they network and learn with professionals in their fields.
Your donation will also help support our paid internship program. On average, we place about 20-25 paid internships annually. These students have the opportunity to intern in agencies and firms to practices their skills, network, and launch their careers.
