SOCIOLOGY TEDROW LAB NEW PROJECTS COMING UP!

Hear from our students and former Western Alumni and new Lab Director Phil Pendergast about how you can help support the Tedrow Lab for Demographic and Social Research's two exciting new projects! 

Our new Certificate in Social Science Data Analysis teaches WWU students job-relevant skills in data management, computing, and analysis using the R programming language.

We have also submitted a proposal to use student technology fees to expand the capacity of our Lab by 13 workstations. Help us furnish the expanded lab by donating a workstation chair ($280) or contributing to new tables! These expansions will provide the department with our own instructional space that we can use to teach our capstone courses and 3 new methods classes that support the certificate program.

Please use Sociology Department as the Fund Designation to donate to our lab expansion.
