The WWU Swim Team exists to build community around the joy of swimming. We are a student run organization that depends primarily on donations to keep our club running. Because sport clubs exist in a pay-to-play structure, it's our mission to keep costs as low as possible to ensure that any Western student can join our swim team family. Please help us raise $800 to maintain our current status as a WWU Sports Club.
In a typical year, we represent WWU at 3 to 5 meets through U.S. Masters Swimming. For nationals, our team has traveled to California, Arizona, and Texas. We welcome swimmers of all levels and abilities and foster a friendly, inclusive environment through community-building activities out of the pool.
After a year out of the pool due to COVID-19, we're excited to launch in Fall 2021, bigger and better than ever before. Your donations will help us purchase new equipment to provide a broader range of practice activities and lower cost barriers for travel and participation for our athletes. Whether it's $10 or $100 every dollar helps us better serve the WWU student body.
