Raven Spirit Award recipient Deviney Wynecoop (left) with donor Dr. Catherine Collier (right). The Raven Spirit Award is awarded to students who are committed to giving back to their indigenous community.

Woodring College of Education is committed to preparing a workforce reflective of the state's diverse population. Scholarships designed to support students of color and other underrepresented groups help us accomplish this goal! Several of these programs, such Maestros Para El Pueblo and the Martinez Fellowship program also provide personal mentoring for students of color.
