WWU's Entrepreneurship & Innovation Programs
Passion-Purpose-Profession: Investing in Entrepreneurial & Innovative Student Leaders

What an exciting year!  Check out our awesome updated website!  https://entrepreneurship.wwu.edu/

Since last year, we've taken the generous donor investments to take our student development to the next level.  And the best is yet to come!  Your support is CRITICAL to making this dream a reality.

Every amount you donate up to $10,000 will be matched!  So your $5=$10, $500=$1000, $5000=$10,000!  Every dollar counts no matter how big or small so please join in supporting our amazing students! Thanks to David Cole for making this possible.

WWU Entrepreneurship and Innovation Fellows

--Ready to for your donation have some direct and powerful student impact?

Join in supporting one of our newest and most exciting programs, the E&I Fellows!

IMAGINE! The impact we can have by investing in leaders of today and tomorrow.  These are creative, enthusiastic and courageous young adults that voluntarily sign up to give back for what they have received.  We honor them with fellowships.

  • Each quarter, a minimum of 4 and up to 10 fellows join the teaching team to give back of their time and talents.  These students provide teaching, coaching and mentoring of their peers based on their experience in the program while engaging in advanced leadership development.
  • Students are eligible to apply while still in the minor if they complete our Facilitative Leadership course (funded by YOUR support last year!) and receive a scholarship or stipend to ease the financial pressure they feel as they lean into leadership rather than getting a ho-hum job.
  • Scholarships/stipends range from $500 to $1000 per quarter.
  • Annual need=$20,000 at a minimum.

Hear what our students are saying about fellows:

"OUR FELLOWS ARE AWESOME!!!! I love it. It's so inspiring to see grads from the program take their wisdom and offer it right back to the community. they are also sooo readily available to support too, which is amazing.” Aida Cardona, Fairhaven

"Fellows offer a great mix of personal student connection feelings and teaching moments. There is a wonderful culture in this program surrounding the fellows. I am very appreciative of them.”  Gavin Roberts, College of Science and Engineering

Practicum Courses: Certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation

-Ready for your donation to spread access to more and more students?

  • We would like to keep the momentum in program offerings.  We ask that you support our efforts to build a Bellingham based Entrepreneurship & Innovation Certificate program serving the diverse needs of students AND professionals who can't fit in the minor, yet would like a solid foundation in entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Last year, we invested donor money in creating 1 credit courses ranging from Facilitative Leadership to Intellectual Property. These have been highly successful!  We are also launching a professional certificate program delivered in Everett entitled "Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation" so you can Lead like an Entrepreneur!.  Check it out!  https://oce.wwu.edu/programs/entrepreneurial-leadership-and-innovation
  • Additional new offerings in the coming year include Coaching for Innovation, Sell Like a Pro and back by popular demand Facilitative Leadership and Intellectual Property.
  • Annual Need=$21,000 at a minimum

Please consider donating to enhance WWU's Entrepreneurship & Innovation students!
