WWU Career Closet

We are hoping to gain donations so that we can buy new items to add to the closet and expand our space to have all clothes on display for students.

Mission:

The WWU Clothing Closet is a resource created to support our students in their career success. Students can acquire free professional business attire appropriate for job or grad school interviews, networking events, etc. Students may keep clothes or return them to the closet for others to use. The WWU Career Closet is supported through generous donations from faculty, staff, alumni and community members.

Our Goal:

The career closet is dedicated to the idea that every student should have access to professional dress. We wanted to increase a space where all students could find professional dress to help set them apart for an interview, internship, or any other professional event in their lives. Your donations will help us get one step closer to creating a strong presence on campus for all students.

Your donation will help us to:

  • Provide an opportunity to give all students a chance to have professional dress in their wardrobe.
  • Improve our facilities and enhance the Career Closet experience
  • Broaden our inventory to newer pieces for students
  • Create opportunities for students who have been held back for lack of clothing
