Track and Field Alumni Challenge

The first $750 in gifts to track and Field will be matched 1:1 from alumnus Tony George.

As we approach this season and all it has to offer for our current student-athletes we want you our closest family, friends, and alumni to be just as much a part of it as we are! 

As a coaching staff we are committed to providing your sons, daughters, heroes and legacies with opportunities to train, compete and grow both as athletes and individuals on and off the track. 

ALUMNI:

We have heard from many of you that your time as a WWU Track & Field and Cross Country athlete had a significant impact on the person you are now; that you had so many fond memories and that it was some of the best years of your life; that you met you closest friends there or even your spouce. Simply stated, you had an fantastic experience. Ultimately, that is what we wish to give each and every athlete that walks though our door. Your gift will go a long way in enhancing those opportunities to create an enriching experience for the Student-Athletes that are walking the path that you once did. Thank you for continuing to be a vital part of OUR program.

Even if you are already on file with us, please take a moment to update your info. We are looking to connect with you and update your information so we can stay in touch and continue to inform you of what Viking Track and Field and Cross Country is doing these days.

Each year we look forward to providing our student-athletes with everything we can to better their experience here at Western Washington University. It is gifts like yours that directly impact the athletes and enhance the opportunities given to them by providing them with travel expenses, equipment, gear, and the stipends that we use to pay our assistant coaches and many other expenses that it takes to run a championship caliber team. As our program continues to grow we want to be able to give each athlete the tools and materials needed to grow and develop over the years at WWU. 

Your support of the Viking Cross Country & Track and Field Team is critical to our continued recognition as leader in both academics and athletics. Your gift ensures that our student-athletes have access to scholarships and the coaching, equipment, travel and healthy meals they need to keep our program at the top of our game.
